Overview

UAS is an industry leader for over 50 years, in providing a loan servicing solution.  Our loan servicing solution is enhanced and powered by UAS Connect, a platform provided by our fully-licensed loan servicer and TSI subsidiary, University Accounting Service, LLC (UAS). We provide loan servicing solutions for many different higher education institutions including asset managers, credit unions, universities and trade schools.

 

Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position.

Compensation:  120k+ starting salary 

Responsibilities

  • Direct and provide management to all Specialists, Managers, and Business Directors responsible for critical core business initiatives and objectives.
  • Direct team to reduce expenses and control business processes.
  • Direct the strategic and tactical activities of a call center.
  • Responsible for site financials up to and including budgets, forecasting and monthly P&L.
  • Execute and manage long and short-term productivity strategies to meet company and client expectations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiencies and eliminate redundancies.
  • Schedule and hold periodic meetings with all employees and reporting managers to discuss production status, goal alignment, project, and initiative.
  • Lead change through analysis of production data and defect rates and conduct meetings to focus on productivity improvements and cost control measures.
  • Design new and/or change existing processes, which support efficiency and cost effective core function processes and prepare documentation needed to implement improvements including cost/benefit analysis and technical requirements.
  • Participate in all meetings relating to assigned quality projects, mentor team members, and facilitate quality results.
  • Prepare and conduct periodic performance appraisals and related salary merit increases, prepare and present annual evaluations, monitor time and attendance, and prepare and execute disciplinary action plans.
  • Knowledge, understanding, compliance, and enforcement of all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures. Responsible for respective department’s overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives. Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities.
  • Responsible for progressive discipline with regards to attendance, performance, and all aspects of company policy up to and including termination.
  • Provide feedback to senior management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement. Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
  • 9 years of related/management experience required. 10 years of related/management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others.
  • Proficient personal computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
  • Ability to work in multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Work Environment Office environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms

 

FOR REMOTE POSITIONS: 

The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

  • Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
  • Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
  • Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
